TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

LUDO CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT & MOBILE APPLICATION

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before creating an account, registering for tournaments, or utilizing the services provided within the Ludo Championship mobile application (the "App", "Platform"). By clicking "I Agree", checking an agreement box, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you legally bind yourself to this contract with the Tournament Organizers, platform administrators, and parent entities ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND EXTENSIVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IT DIRECTLY IMPACTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS REGARDING DISPUTES, MATCH RESULTS, CASH PRIZES, AND TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL CLAUSES, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE REGISTERING AND DELETING THE APPLICATION.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Participant / User Any individual who registers an account, logs into the App, views tournament structures, or registers for/participates in any Ludo matches or competitive brackets.
Tournament Any competitive Ludo match, series of matches, brackets, leagues, or campaigns facilitated, hosted, or tracked via the Platform.
Entry Fee The monetary value, virtual credit, or token package required from a Participant to gain entry into specific competitive brackets.
Prize Pool The total accrued or designated distribution of capital, virtual items, or physical assets awarded to top-performing Participants based on strictly defined competitive metrics.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To register an account, log in, or enter any tournament, you must strictly satisfy the following criteria:

  1. Age Requirements: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Minors are strictly prohibited from entering paid tournaments.
  2. Jurisdictional Compliance: You may not participate if you reside in a region where skill-based gaming, real-money tournaments, or online digital competitive events are legally prohibited or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local legislation.
  3. Single Account Policy: Each physical individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) account. The registration of multiple accounts, identity masking via virtual private networks (VPNs), or proxy account deployment will trigger immediate permanent termination of all linked accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.
  4. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete documentation during registration (including full name, legal date of birth, contact parameters, and necessary tax identifiers). Falsifying details constitutes identity fraud and voids all prize claims.

3. TOURNAMENT RULES, MECHANICS, AND FAIR PLAY

The Platform operates on a standardized, digitized version of the traditional game of Ludo. By joining a match, you accept the embedded RNG (Random Number Generation) mechanics governing dice distribution.

3.1. Anti-Cheating and Malicious Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any structural manipulation. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Our automated detection matrices, combined with manual referee reviews, hold final, absolute jurisdiction over determining violations. Disciplinary actions include retroactive disqualification, ranking erasure, and full account blacklisting.

4. CONNECTIVITY, TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS, AND HARD STOPS

Ludo tournaments occur in real-time environments over decentralized internet service infrastructures. By entering a competitive bracket, you explicitly acknowledge and assume the risks inherent to online mobile networking.

  1. User-Side Disconnection: If a Participant suffers an internet dropped packet, Wi-Fi failure, incoming voice call distraction, device battery depletion, or operating system crash during an active match, the Platform will initiate an automated short-duration countdown timer. If connection is not restored before the timer expires, the match will automatically forfeit or proceed under AI control to prevent delaying other users. The Participant waves all claims to entry fee refunds due to local connectivity faults.
  2. Server-Side Failure: In the rare event of a catastrophic server crash, database desynchronization, or infrastructure outage affecting all players simultaneously, the affected match will be declared null and void. In such scenarios, the entry fee for that specific match will be returned to the User's digital platform balance. No speculative future prize winnings will be paid out under any circumstances.

5. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, ENTRY FEES, AND PRIZES

All financial transfers, deposits, entries, and promotional distributions within the Platform are subject to the following rules:

5.1. Entry Fees and Purchases

All tournament entry fees processed by the User are final and non-refundable once the bracket matching process has initiated. Fees cannot be rolled back if a participant decides to exit the tournament prematurely or misses their designated match start time.

5.2. Prize Allocation and Verification

Prize distributions are executed strictly following the public bracket parameters outlined inside the app before tournament kick-off. However, all distributions are conditional upon a comprehensive review of gameplay logs. We reserve the right to freeze and withhold prize payments for up to fourteen (14) business days to complete anti-fraud, identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC compliance), and fair-play audits.

5.3. Tax Obligations

The User bears sole, exclusive legal liability for calculating, reporting, and remitting any and all state, federal, local, or national taxes due on prize allocations to their respective revenue agencies. The Company will deduct statutory withholdings at source only where explicitly forced to do so by applicable statutory law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT RIGHTS

All structural assets inside the App—including codebases, graphic designs, interface layouts, sound typography, dice animations, match data logs, brackets, and proprietary tournament rule sets belong exclusively to the Company. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and personal license to use the interface exclusively for recreational competition purposes. Any extraction of data, reverse engineering, scraping, or mirroring of competitive data streams is strictly legally actionable.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

EXTREME LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, GOODWILL LOSS, SYSTEM DOWN-TIME, INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL SHORTFALLS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF YOUR USE, MISUSE, INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WITHIN THE LUDO CHAMPIONSHIP APPLICATION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, legal costs, fees, or judgements arising directly from your breach of this contract, your violation of local laws, or your infringement upon the digital rights of another participant.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, BINDING ARBITRATION, AND GOVERNING LAW

All issues, conflicts, or formal claims arising out of this text or the operation of any tournament shall be resolved under the following strict frameworks:

  1. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by, construed, and enforced in complete accordance with the laws of the main corporate domicile of the Tournament Organizer, ignoring any choice of law conflict frameworks.
  2. Informal Resolution: Prior to launching formal legal processes, you must submit a written, comprehensive ticket detailing the nature of your grievance to our support channel. The parties will engage in good-faith negotiations for a minimum period of thirty (30) days from delivery to attempt a mutual resolution.
  3. Binding Arbitration: If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, all remaining disputes shall be submitted to and finalized by single-arbitrator binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures within the jurisdiction of our corporate domicile. The arbitrator's ruling shall be definitive and legally binding upon both parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court possessing relevant jurisdiction.
  4. Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES BROUGHT AGAINST THE COMPANY MUST BE PROCESSED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

9. MODIFICATIONS, ACCOUNT TERMINATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We retain an unrestricted right to update, re-word, or completely replace sections of this document at our sole structural discretion. Any changes will be announced inside the App interface or via a prompt on the login page. Your continuous entry and login following these updates constitutes an absolute acceptance of the revised text.

If any clause, sentence, or sub-section within this Agreement is found by a court of competent authority or appointed arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific piece will be severed cleanly from the document. The remaining components of the Terms and Conditions will retain full, uninterrupted legal force and operational validity.
